With a strong presence within the private practice market, we also boast specific expertise in relation to public sector and in-house appointments. Our sector specialist consultants provide first rate market knowledge within their geographical location and individual markets. 

Rebecca Lawrence – Divisional Manager
Following graduating from Birmingham University with an MA in Business Administration, Rebecca began her recruitment career in 2001 within a small niche search and selection company specialising in FMCG. After four years of Sales & Marketing recruitment, she wanted to diversify her recruitment experience and in 2005 she moved into Legal recruitment at a leading legal recruitment company in Birmingham. She joined eNL Legal Recruitment in June 2007 and concentrates on Partner, Solicitor and Legal Executive appointments across the Midlands, South West and East Anglia region across all disciplines. In 2009 Rebecca was promoted to Divisional Manager of the Midlands, South West and East Anglia region and she currently manages a team dealing with all areas of qualified legal recruitment. 

Penny Trotman – Senior Consultant
Penny’s current role at eNL has given her the opportunity to focus on strategic legal recruitment at a senior level focusing on Partner Hires and team moves within the Midlands and South West market but also nationally as and when the positions arise. Her role is to help people make the best career decisions helping them to personally progress and take the next step in the career ladder. A keen networker, Penny has built a solid reputation and career and is approached frequently for her specialist advice. A further aspect of her role focuses on mergers and acquisition work which opens her work to a national level.

Pasquale Agatiello – Senior Consultant (In-house)
Pasquale is a specialist recruitment professional with over 12 years experience working for some of the most reputable global recruitment organisations in the world. Specialising in in-house legal recruitment he has developed influential client relationships with key organisations across the IT, telecommunications, energy, FMCG and financial services sectors. He has developed an extensive network of active and passive candidates from around the EMEA region, thus ensuring clients and candidates work with an expert who really understands their business and is ideally placed to meet their strategic hiring requirements. Recruiting at all levels up to General Counsel, Pasquale is experienced in retained, search and contingency based recruitment campaigns.

Kaye Thumpston – Senior Consultant (Locum recruitment)
Kaye handles all locum recruitment across private practice, in-house and the public sector. She has been with eNL for over 3 years, having previously worked within the legal sector for a national recruitment company. A law graduate, Kaye has a deep understanding of what her clients require and has built up a strong network of contacts across the region. She offers practical and honest advice which has resulted in her successful reputation and career to date.
