We work with candidates at all levels.

We also have significant experience arranging major team moves and brokering law firm mergers and associations.

We recruit on for major UK and US law firms. We also work with smaller niche practices.

The private practice division is led by Gavin Sharpe. 

In-House

SSQ has a dedicated in-house division which recruits lawyers at all levels of seniority for major corporates, private equity houses and financial institutions.

The in-house division is led by June Mesrie.

Law Firm Management

SSQ has a dedicated law firm management team in the UK which recruits for senior management and executive level positions across business support areas for our law firm clients. We act for a broad spectrum of firms including global law firms, US firms, leading City firms and boutique practices.
