This leading London based international firm have a well established and growing restructuring department. The firm have experienced excellent growth across all departments, both in London and internationally, including the restructuring team - although they have retained their relaxed culture. The quality of work is excellent, with high levels of client contact within a range of clients not limited to the leading financial institutions. While the team is very much non-hierarchical, there are a number of partners with senior associates to learn from, with a range of junior associates and trainees to offer strong support.
The firm pride themselves on not restricting the associates development based solely on PQE level, they prefer using a merit based system. The firm also pays competitive salaries with low target hours of 1450, with secondment access and clear guidance in place for partnership promotions. This has led to a number of excellent hires and no departures from the team in over 2 years.
