An opportunity has just arisen for an Immigration Solicitor in a highly regarded multi-service firm. Working within the Business Immigration team, you will be responsible for overseeing a wide variety of corporate & high net worth individual accounts, providing advice and support through the UK points based system.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to work within a corporate firm but is interested in managing a complex caseload.
The Role:
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
-Offer main point of contact assistance to clients regarding immigration issues
-Manage a wide range of different caseloads on behalf of various clients
-Provide technical advice to clients, assignees and third party vendors regarding correct legislation
-Frequently visiting client premises to provide advice and training on immigration issues
The Person:
You will be a qualified solicitor with a minimum 2 years PQE in immigration.
Strong client relationship management experience is essential as you will be managing relationships with a range of large corporate & high net worth private clients.
Experience of acting of a level 1 user on the SMS
