Our clients banking team focuses on large banking transactions, typically with an international aspect, working with a variety of clients such as banks, private equity sponsors, financial buyers and large corporates. The team is now seeking an additional lawyer who wants a varied banking practice. While some specialisation is inevitable, the firm encourages its banking lawyers to think broadly. The role will involve advising clients on legal and commercial issues; drafting/negotiating transaction documents and managing transactions. Candidates can expect to receive a wide variety of high quality work from a range of partners, with whom you will work closely.
