Our client is a leading US firm with a well established London office. It is currently looking to recruit a strong 2-5PQE employment solicitor.
The team presents and advises employers across the spectrum of labour and employment matters and also employment contracts and benefits (Executive Compensation and Benefits). The London employment team is part of the international Employment group but also works closely with colleagues in the firm's Executive Compensation and Benefits practice.
The team is looking for a Junior to Mid -Level associate.
Ideal candidates will be admitted to practice in England & Wales and will have a minimum of 2 years' experience, although those with less or more experience who can demonstrate relevant experience will be considered on their merits.
The successful candidate will have experience of English employment law in a general practice, providing contentious and non-contentious employment advice in the context of transactions and as a stand-alone discipline.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a small team working on high quality transactions, and would suit a self-starter: the successful candidate will be confident and able to work independently but will have the support of the existing team.
Ideally the successful candidate will have experience of share options and other incentives to complement our existing employment expertise.
Strong academics are also essential.
