JOB TITLE: Regulatory Lawyer
PQE REQUIRED:3+ years
In this challenging role you will investigate a caseload of fitness to practice files; taking and drafting witness statements, carrying out all necessary research and preparing cases for hearing. As you will hold responsibility for your own cases you will keep teams across the legal team and in the wider organisation up to date with the progress of the cases. You will be working as part of a busy, close knit team, requiring you to provide ad hoc support to colleagues. This role is being offered in an on going locum basis but may become permanent for the right candidate.
Applications are welcomed from experienced Solicitors or Barristers with a strong background in regulatory law. You must have a proven ability to carry out complex and often challenging investigations, ensuring adherence to strict regulatory frameworks.
