One of Britain's leading Social Care providers is currently seeking a Contracts Manager to join their Head Office in London. As a pre-eminent provider of support to adults living with disabilities including autism and brain injuries they are respected in their field for the work they do.

They are seeking an individual with experience of contracts management to take on this position in a unique business. The role will focus on the management of existing contracts but then also the implementation efficient processes for the business to follow in future.

Key areas of experience:
*Experienced administrative professional who has worked in a similar position in either a legal or accounting environment
*Very strong administrative and change management skills.
*Diplomatic self- starter with initiative
*High attention to detail with excellent communication, organisational and analytical skills
*Methodical and diligent with very good planning abilities
*A business acumen partnered with a dedication to getting the job done whilst not easily deterred
Main duties and responsibilities of the position:
*Obtain, analyse and evaluate current contract documentation by fund source, service user and location
*Prepare and present reports showing contract status and gap analysis
*Create contract folders and add all relevant documentation
*Create policy & procedure detailing how contracts should be managed from initial tender to ongoing revisions
*Management of change process to existing contractual documentation management
*Develop control systems to prevent or deal with violations of policies
*Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures
