This well-established, Legal 500 firm based in central London has a very strong clinical negligence department.  Looking to expand the existing team, not just in terms of numbers but also in depth and breadth of experience, they are now seeking a clinical negligence paralegal to assist with caseload of claimant matters. The successful candidate will be assisting the personal injury department with clinical negligence matters. You will assist with the organisation and maintenance of clinical negligence files, liaise with clients, and provide cover and support to the other paralegals within the clinical negligence team as and when needed.  The role also calls for a proactive and enthusiastic approach towards keeping abreast of developments in clinical negligence matters, and undertake general administrative duties to assist with the smooth running of the department. The successful candidate needs to be able to work well under pressure and maintain a calm and supportive presence with clients and work colleagues alike. You will:-
Be a Clinical Negligence Paralegal with a 2:1 degree or equivalent in Law or appropriate conversion;
Have successfully completed the LPC or studying the LPC or ILEX part time;
Have good drafting skills and able to conduct effective legal research;
Be competent in all MS applications, to include Word, Excel and Outlook Knowledge Document Management System;
Possess the ability to communicate clearly and confidently at levels;
