A leading US law firm is looking to recruit a 2-5 PQE* Outsourcing associate to join its award winning London Outsourcing team. 

The Firm and the Practice

The London office of this US headquartered firm stands out with its extensive services and sophisticated practices where associates are qualified in both English and US law.  The firm’s global network of offices offers access to partners who are at the forefront of their fields.  Whilst growing the firm’s international network, the firm has retained a welcoming and supportive culture whilst encouraging leadership and involvement with the business and its clients.   

The London Outsourcing practice advises on many of the largest and most innovative IT outsourcing and Business Process outsourcing transactions.  These have included the full range of infrastructure, AD&AM, networks, helpdesk, HR, procurement, asset management, finance and accounting and research functions.  The practice represents clients in transactions with all the major international suppliers and has been involved in many of the most significant market innovations relating to deal structure, the procurement process, risk transfer and contract management.

The practice has also developed unique expertise representing clients renegotiating, renewing and terminating commercial contracts and sourcing relationships.

The Role

The ideal candidate for the role will have/be:

  • 2-5 PQE* of Outsourcing matters
  • technically very strong
  • trained and practiced at an established TMT/Outsourcing practice
