Commercial IT/ Procurement Lawyer (In-house)

We are looking for a lawyer who has procurement experience (ideally IT procurement). This role will be a direct report to the General Counsel and will work across the business to insure excellent process in procurement and contract negotiation across the business.

Position: Commercial IT/ Procurement Lawyer (In-house)
Area of Law: IT/ Procurement
PQE: 3 - 5yrs PQE

Duties include:

To review, draft, amend and negotiate procurement contracts from low to high value in a wide variety of areas in support of purchasing and other activities undertaken.
To work with members of the Legal team and the 'client' departments to understand and reflect business and commercial requirements into contracts and recognise key issues and priorities.
To support sourcing activities and projects undertaken in relation to contract work.
To work as a member of project teams established for larger sourcing projects.
