Our client, a Legal 500 firm in the City, is known for its open and supportive working environment, the quality and variety of its instructions, and the continuing opportunities it offers for advancement.  An opportunity has now arisen for an ambitious solicitor to join the very busy real estate team and take on an interesting caseload relating to commercial property development projects.

You will be running a mixed caseload of commercial property matters with particular emphasis on the acquisition of sites for commercial developers.  You should have a solid grounding in residential and commercial leasehold work and the role also calls for familiarity with, for instance, access rights, section 106 agreements, conditional contracts and option agreements and statutory utility easements.  This role is suitable for a 3 – 6 years’ qualified solicitor with a good level of experience gained within the commercial property team of a well-regarded, preferably Legal 500, firm.  A highly competitive salary and great package of benefits is on offer for the right candidate.  When applying for this commercial property solicitor role, please quote reference RC23634.   

You will have:
An excellent academic and employment background;
3 – 6 years’ PQE, preferably with experience in site acquisition and development work;
A flexible approach to working hours, understanding that client deadlines are paramount;
