Now expanding the property department, they are seeking an additional Commercial Property Solicitor.

The Role
This is an amazing opportunity for a talented and technically excellent Commercial Property Solicitor to join our client’s leading team. Working closely with senior lawyers within the department, the successful Commercial Property Solicitor will handle a varied caseload incorporating acquisitions and disposals, development work, landlord and tenant matters and portfolio acquisitions and management. A willingness to become involved in business development is essential with prior involvement being desirable.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor with around 1 – 3 years’ PQE gained within a well-regarded Commercial Property department.
You must have a proven track record of involvement in transactional, development and landlord and tenant matters.
You will have excellent academics with at least a 2:1 at degree level.
Prior involvement in business development activities would be advantageous.
You will be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills across all levels.
