Financial Crime Associate, Leading Boutique Firm, 5+ PQE
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a senior corporate crime lawyer (solicitor or barrister) to join the leading fraud and white collar crime practice of this exceptional and fast growing boutique law firm in central London.
The successful applicant will be joining an exceptional group of lawyers in a pioneering business crime practice. The role will involve managing cases relating to complex, high value fraud and other financial crime matters, as well as supporting the partners on matters in which the values extend into billions of pounds.
Candidates should have a significant track record of working on major fraud cases for a reputable business crime practice or chambers. Experience in regulatory investigations and confiscation proceedings will be considered advantageous, as would some prosecution/enforcement experience.
This is a role for a senior lawyer, therefore applicants should have a minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience and a high achieving record of academics (minimum 2.1 at undergraduate level). Candidates should have first-rate client-facing skills and be willing to contribute and develop an expanding practice area within the firm.
The firm has a significant pipeline of matters representing corporations at board level and ultra-high net worth individuals, and will therefore require a dynamic lawyer looking for responsibility as well as career and personal development.
