OUR CLIENT

A key name in the financial sector with a substantial business portfolio seeks to recruit an Assistant Company

Secretary - ICSA qualified to join an established city based team.

THE ROLE

The post holder will be responsible for assisting with the smooth running of the Company Secretariat division,

providing a full company secretarial service to The Board, deputising for the Company Secretary.

The work will include;-

- Assisting with statutory and regulatory matters; filings, annual returns, reports and accounts.

- Attending meetings, and managing arrangements for Board/Committee meetings,

- Preparation of papers and circulars.

Managing KYC requests, IP, trademarks matters

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, applicants must hold the ICSA qualification and possess a minimum

of c 3 years relevant Company Secretarial experience - preferably gained within a financial services

environment.
