One of the premier offshore law firms, this practice has a true international network and a dynamic and successful corporate group. A sustained increase in instructions together with a forecast for continued growth for the foreseeable future has led to a need for a number of high-calibre corporate and/or finance associates to join their team in the Channel Islands.

The focus of the work will be dependent on your prior experience but the team works on leading multi-jurisdictional mergers and acquisitions as well as general corporate advisory matters, together with cross-border finance/banking work. Working with the magic and silver circle law firms as well as directly acting for global banks and trust companies the quality of the work will be excellent. The office and team environment is friendly and approachable and the team structure means career prospects are excellent. You will also be encouraged and fully supported in business development and any marketing opportunities you pursue.
