The Role
This is a fantastic position for a Fee Earner with solid Regulatory experience to join our clients’ highly regarded team in Greater Manchester. Working closely with senior members of the department, the successful Fee Earner will manage a demanding and varied caseload incorporating professional disciplinary proceedings, trading standards, compliance, fraud, POCA matters and money laundering prosecutions. The ideal Regulatory Fee Earner will also participate in business development activities and assist in more complex work.

The Candidate
You must be an NQ – 2 years’ PQE Solicitor or experienced Paralegal with strong Regulatory / Fitness to Practise matters.
You must have a proven track record of involvement in complex Regulatory matters with additional experience in White Collar Crime being advantageous.
You will have excellent academics with at least a 2:1 at degree level.
Prior involvement in business development activities is desirable.
You will be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills across all levels.
You will have good IT skills.
