With the firm growing at a pace, they are now seeking additional Solicitors with solid Dispute Resolution experience to join their team.

The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and driven Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join our clients’ well-regarded practice in the City. Working closely with partners and other senior members of the firm, the successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor will handle a varied caseload incorporating all forms of contentious commercial work; this will involve working as part of a larger team on more complex matters and taking the lead with smaller cases. Experience of dealing with Court procedures including High Court matters is essential for the position. The ideal Commercial Litigation Solicitor will also participate in business development activities and contribute towards the further growth and success of the firm.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor with 1 – 5 years’ PQE gained within a highly regarded Dispute Resolution department.
You must have excellent technical skills to include High Court experience, and be able to manage a demanding, high value caseload.
You must have excellent academics with at least a 2:1 at degree level, gained at a Russell Group (or similar) University.
You will be confident with excellent negotiation skills.
You will have an aptitude for business development.
