Top UK Law firm seeking to recruit an Employment Solicitor with a minimum of 1PQE to join their team in Manchester.
You will be responsible for managing a mixed caseload of employment work and provide HR\employment law advice to clients. Responsibilities will include advising and assisting by phone and e-mail on day to day employment and discrimination issues; defending Employment Tribunal claims; and drafting documents, letters and settlement agreements.
To be successful you will have ideally around 3PQE, but candidates with 1PQE+ will be considered. You must be able to demonstrate genuine interest in Employment Law and possess previous experience of advising employers and private and public sector organisations. You will also have some Employment Tribunal advocacy experience. Some experience of, or at least interest in, pensions and/or immigration for organisations would be ideal.
