A new opportunity has arisen based in our client's Restructuring team. The team has significant experience advising clients on investigation, enforcement, litigation and asset recovery on a multijurisdictional basis. They advise clients on all matters relating to public and private companies in underperforming and distressed situations. They manage assignments from the mid-market to the largest national and international restructurings and insolvencies. Their experience also extends to any contentious issues arising from restructurings and insolvencies.

This opportunity is for a commercially minded Associate with a Real Estate background with around one or two years PQE. You will be experienced in disposals and landlord & tenant work, and have excellent organisation and communication skills.

The position offer scope for development and progression within a supportive environment. This is a rare opportunity to join a high quality team within one of the the world's largest and most dynamic firms.
