Child Care Solicitor
Our client currently have an opportunity for an experienced Child Care Solicitor to join their Family team in Wakefield.
You will be expected to run publicly funded Child Care cases from initial instruction to completion, including representing clients at Court.
To be successful in this role you will have circa 2PQE+ in child care work, but candidates outside of this range or with equivalent experience will be considered. Experience acting on behalf of the guardian is desirable but not essential. You must be able to conduct your own advocacy. Children Panel accreditation is beneficial, but again not essential.
Excellent communication and client care skills are essential to this role. You must also possess strong IT and case management experience.
