Property Litigation Lawyer
A full service City law firm.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced property litigation solicitor to join the Property Dispute Resolution team.
Although the role is for a 2-4pqe solicitor they will consider more qualified candidates.
The candidate will report to the partner and will be working independently with their own caseload and for / alongside all senior solicitors in the team and supporting the partner.
All members of the team are property litigation specialists and they provide all property litigation services including development and land disputes, property contract disputes, tenancy and long residential leasehold disputes and commercial landlord and tenant disputes.
They work closely with the property departments in the firm who are as much their clients as external instructors.
The client base ranges from real estate portfolio holders including large charities and retailers, house builders and developers, social landlords and government institutions.
You'll have a strong academic background and previous experience in property/real estate litigation (generally with a respected firm) is essential.
There will be an emphasis on commercial landlord and tenant and land/ development issues
Able to manage key client relationships you'll have a good work ethic and be able to work independently on big cases and as part of a team
The team has an expanding client base and its reputation has been slowly growing for the last 10 years, a trend they expect to continue, and the successful candidate will be exposed to opportunities for further development in terms of caseload, progression and client contact.
