Legal Counsel - A highly successful company based just outside of Manchester is looking to recruit junior legal counsel to expand their busy team. The business is a market leader that uses its international experience and strong technological background to offer a fantastic service to its broad client base, and holds a large legal team that is friendly and very supportive, making the role ideal if you're looking to build upon your commercial experience.

The day to day role will see you drafting and negotiating contracts, including software licenses and outsourcing deals, as well as procurement, TUPE, IP licensing and risk management, and the business is ideally looking for someone with up to 3 years PQE with a solid background in contract work gained in well-known firms or businesses, as well as strong academics.
