Our client is a top 100 London law firm which is highly rated by the legal directories.


A new role has arisen for a talented planning lawyer to join a growing team, and to assist in developing their real estate group, advising clients ranging from strategic land owners and property developers to individuals.

The work will include planning applications and compulsory purchases including strategic advice on planning applications, planning appeals, including judicial reviews and high court challenges,


The successful candidate will be 1-4pqe, with a strong academic background (2:1 or above), gained within a leading national or London law firm with a recognised planning team

You must have a broad range of planning experience, demonstrate sound knowledge of all planning work from highways agreements, advising on permitted development to planning aspects of due diligence.

You will have a flexible and committed approach and be able to work under pressure, possessing exemplary communication skills (verbal and written).
