The Role
Our client is now seeking a talented Corporate Commercial Lawyer for their busy office based close to Bedford. With solid experience in both corporate and company commercial matters, the successful Lawyer will manage a busy and varied caseload with a bias towards advising on, drafting and negotiating contracts and agreements and assessing the surrounding risks and commercial issues. In addition the successful Lawyer will be keen to immerse themselves within business development activities, promoting the services of the department and building and maintaining client relationships. The Candidate
You must be a Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of three years’ PQE;
You will have solid Company Commercial and Corporate experience;
You will have excellent communication and client care skills;
You will be able to organise your workload to meet tight deadlines;
You will be a pro-active team player with a keen eye for detail;
You will have a desire for professional development.
