THE ROLE

The highly-rated Home Counties Dispute Resolution team is looking for a lawyer with experience in a general commercial dispute resolution environment.

There are excellent prospects for the right candidate in this growing team.

The office works for major blue chip clients and undertakes City quality work.

In this role there will be a focus on medium to high value general commercial disputes, including contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, warranty claims, fraud claims, commercial, guarantee claims, ROT claims and professional negligence disputes (mainly solicitors, architects and auditors).

There is a mix of domestic and international litigation.

Clients include international businesses, many household names as well as some smaller, local businesses

Responsibilities

* Mixed caseload of general commercial disputes, working with more senior associates and partners.
Good levels of client contact and responsibility

* Maintaining and developing client relationships

* Active participation in business development events and activities


ABOUT YOU

Ideally With 2-3pqe you will have experience of working to the highest standards, either in a City or top tier provincial firm.


You will have excellent skills in a range of general commercial dispute resolution matters, a real desire to win cases and a willingness to work hard when necessary to achieve this.
