A US law firm with offices in a number of locations.


The London office is looking to hire a UK qualified associate with 3-5PQE with a particular focus on Leveraged Finance and Debt Capital Markets.

You will be assisting in the negotiation of leveraged finance and debt capital markets transaction documents as well as coordinatiing transaction closings, conducting legal research and assisting with due diligence and disclosure.


The successful candidate will have strong academic qualifications as well as relevant experience ideally gained from another major law firm and/or financial institution.

You will have a working knowledge of corporate documents and debt instruments and will be required to review and advise on the interpretation of, inter alia, facilities agreements, purchase agreements, trust deeds, security documents, intercreditor agreements and note terms and conditions.

In addition, you will also be expected to liaise closely with colleagues, clients, counterparties and other advisers.
