Professional Negligence Paralegal: West Yorkshire
Our client is a dynamic Yorkshire law firm with multiple offices with a history spanning over 70 years, with an excellent reputation.
They are currently looking for a paralegal to join our expanding professional negligence team in a West Yorkshire office.
The post involves work on Professional Negligence Claims against solicitors in personal injury and industrial disease claims.
The main duties fall into the following areas: Taking initial instructions from clients either face to face or via the telephone. Completing all administrative processes involved in opening matters and handling initial correspondence. Meeting local clients to outline and explain the conditional fee agreement prior to signature. The successful candidate will have the guidance of a supportive and encouraging team.
This is an excellent role for a candidate with experience working in a legal environment. The ideal candidate will have administrative experience, IT skills and excellent communication and client care skills.
Previous case management experience is preferable but not essential.
