Employment Lawyer - Our client who is ranked as a leading law firm of the Legal 500 in East Anglia are currently looking for an Employment Lawyer to support them in a maternity cover starting immediately.

PQE REQUIRED: 4+
LOCATION: Cambridgeshire (Commutable from: Northamptonshire, Suffolk, Lincolnshire, Essex, Bedforshire, and Hertfordshire)
SALARY: £35,000 - £45,000
Our client based in East Anglia who are ranked as a leading law firm of the Legal 500 are looking for an Employment Lawyer to support them on a full time basis in a fixed term contract for a maternity cover. The successful Employment Lawyer will be dealing with a varied caseload of employment law matters and working alongside other reputable Employment Solicitors who are renowned for the services they provide within the East Anglia region. Acting on a diverse range of employment matters the appointed Employment Lawyer will be advising on employment tribunal matters, unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, TPE and settlement agreetments. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate, potentially with a permanent position as the outcome.
THE EMPLOYMENT LAWYER:
Suitable Employment Lawyers will have a minimum of 3-4 years PQE of dealing with all aspects of employment on behalf of both employers and employees. Ideal Employment Solicitors will have covered the full remit of employment law and be looking for an established team where you can see your career flourish. With a strong track record in employment, you will have gained experience in advising on TUPE matters, redundancy, unfair dismissal and settlement agreements.
