Contract Lawyers

Our Consultants, who work on a freelance basis, are a collective made up of skilled, experienced legal professionals whose life demands no longer fit the traditional on-site, 9-5 working model, connecting them to our clients in order to provide high quality, flexible and affordable legal support to a diverse range of corporates and law firms.

Due to increased demand from our clients, we are looking to grow our team of Consultants in the following areas:

  • Commercial
  • Corporate
  • Technology, Media and Telecoms
  • Competition
  • Regulatory and Compliance
  • Insurance
  • Financial Services
  • Property and Real Estate
  • Intellectual Property
  • Litigation

The roles, some of which have an immediate start, may be full-time, part-time or ad hoc and either on-site, remote or a combination of both.

Key requirements:

  • E&W qualified
  • 3 years+ PQE in a City firm plus experience working in an in-house legal team in leading institutions/corporates
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience in your area of expertise
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills across all levels and ability to quickly build strong relationships
  • A self-starter who is committed to building a career as a freelance consultant
  • Commercial mindset, proactive risk management, ability to work autonomously
