PROPERTY LITIGATION, LONDON, 1-3 PQE*

A  leading law firm with an established Property Litigation Practice is looking to recruit a 1-3 PQE* Property Litigation lawyer to join its London team. 

The Firm and the Practice

This firm is renowned for the quality of its highly ranked Property team and associated leading Property Litigation practice.  The firm provides an excellent platform for developing your career as a Property Litigation specialist. 

The Property Litigation practice is an expert in handling property related disputes of all types and delivering solutions that are practical, commercial and cost effective.  The practice covers all variety of Property Litigation matters including: commercial landlord and tenant matters including opposed lease renewals under the LTA 1954, rent recoveries, dilapidation disputes, matters concerning landlord’s consent to assignments, sub-lettings, and other disputes concerning enforcement of covenants and the recovery of possession of premises.

The Role

The role will focus on:

  • Easements and restrictive covenants
  • Development
  • Development agreement disputes
  • Tenant’s breaches of covenant
  • Rent review
  • Adjoining owner disputes
  • Vendor and purchaser disputes
  • Right of light issues

The ideal candidate for the role will have/be:

  • 1-3 years PQE*
  • Technically exceptionally strong, with experience of a wide variety of Property Litigation matters.
  • Trained and practiced at a firm with a recognised Property Litigation team.
  • Academically strong.
