My client, an international financial services institution, is seeking a Master Agreement Negotiator to join their high calibre legal department. The master agreements negotiation team put in place a broad range of documentation including ISDA, GMRA, GMSLA and regulatory focused documents. You will be responsible for negotiating ISDA master agreements and credit support Annex, Master FX agreements as well as involvement in the negotiation of other documentation as and when it arises.

As an experienced master agreement negotiator you will have extensive experience within a busy negotiation team. As well as a good understanding of risk and control you will also have a strong knowledge and understand of the legal concepts relevant to maser agreement negotiation e.g netting and collateral options. You will have strong communication skills and the gravitas to liaise with departments outside of the legal division. It is essential that you have strong ISDA negotiation experience and experience in other master agreement documents is a high preference but not an essential. It would be high;y preferable to have knowledge of derivative products and familiarity with different categories of financial services. This opportunity comes with a competitive salary package as well as an excellent name on the CV.
