IDEX Consulting has been partnered with a leading regional firm who are looking to expand their commercial property offering. The firm are heavily focused within their commercial property team, which is lead by ex-magic circle partners. The firm's growth plans centre around it's property department which has gained an increase in demand from a range of top profile City and regional clients.

The firm are looking to bring on a commercial property lawyer with between 1 and 5 years PQE gained within a City or top regional firm. With this experience, the successful candidate will work on a wide variety of commercial property transactional work, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, secured lending, corporate support and joint venture work.
