Successful global FTSE 250 software business seeks to recruit a Senior Counsel c 5 + PQE with an IT sector background to join the City based HQ


To be considered for this exciting role with a leading fin/tech business, the post holder will be expected to provide a high level of both legal and commercial support to the business teams, with responsibility for drafting and negotiating commercial agreements for both EMEA and APAC territories

The work will include;-

Advising on, drafting and review of commercial contracts, software, outsourcing, consulting and regulatory agreements

Liaison with external advisers

Managing / supervision of team members

Implementation of policies and guidelines


To be considered for this exceptional business facing opportunity, applicants must have an impeccable track record, significant IT experience ideally within a financial services environment

Strong communication and organisation skills are a prerequisite for this exceptional opportuity.
