In-House Regulatory Reform Role - NQ-4 PQE
Our client, a fast-growing international banking group, has instructed us to search for an ambitious lawyer to join their London office in a high-profile regulatory reform role.
The successful candidate will have a leading role in implementing key regulatory changes across the EMEA region. This will involve identifying, tracking and advising on current and upcoming regulatory developments, including assessing impact and advising on necessary changes to the businesses and support functions. He/she will also project manage regulatory change initiatives, including identifying appropriate resources, engaging with senior management and businesses to ensure appropriate implementation.
The ideal candidate will have trained at a top tier law firm (e.g. Magic/Silver Circle or top US firm) and have gained post-qualification experience in regulatory law, either in private practice or in an in-house role at an established, reputable financial institution. Our client will also be looking for someone with an excellent academic background (i.e. 2:1 or First Class Degree from a red brick / Russell Group university and strong A-Levlels; or international equivalent).
