The Role

The position is for a full-time Solicitor or Legal Executive to join the firm’s Newcastle Dispute Resolution department. The successful lawyer will be handling their own caseload and assist a Partner with a wide range of disputes from small claims court to high-value complex matters. The main focus of the Dispute Resolution Lawyer role will be dealing with general civil, commercial and property litigation. The Candidate

You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (FILEx or CILEx).
You must have 1-5 years’ PQE.
You will have knowledge of the civil procedure rules and litigation process.
You will have an understanding of Company Law, Contract Law, Property Law and Law of Tort.
Ideally, you will be able to work under pressure and to deadlines.
You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to create long lasting relationships.
