Court of Protection Solicitor - Locum Court of Protection Health & Welfare Practitioner required for part time maternity cover in the West Midlands for an extremely client focused practice.
JOB TITLE: Court of Protection Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 4+
LOCATION: West Midlands (Commutable from: Warwickshire, Staffordshire and Shropshire)
SALARY: Extremely Competitive
The successful Court of Protection Solicitor will be responsible for working alongside the Official Solicitor, individuals and /or their families in managing an existing caseload of Court of Protection Health and Welfare files. There will also be an element of business development in the role in order to bring in new cases.
You will need experience in preparation of cases and representation in the Court of Protection health and welfare jurisdiction. (Experience of public funding issues is desirable but not essential.)
