DISPUTES LAWYER, LONDON, 4+ PQE*

A leading global law firm is looking to recruit a 4+ PQE* Mixed Disputes lawyer to join its growing London team.

The practice is looking to recruit an experienced mixed disputes lawyer, with a minimum of 4 PQE* or equivalent, with a combination of litigation and arbitration – including financial services – experience. The practice is experienced in handling large and complex investigations and claims, both domestic and international, and are regularly instructed by some of the largest financial institutions in relation to their most substantial and sensitive disputes.  The practice’s big case experience means that it is accustomed to managing large multi-disciplinary teams across international borders, spanning the life cycle of a dispute from investigation, through contentious regulatory proceedings to litigation or arbitration. The practice’s global reach allows it to provide clients with fully integrated teams and consistent quality wherever they do business.

The Role

The ideal candidate for the role will have/be:

  • 4+ PQE* of Litigation and/or Arbitration matters
  • Technically excellent
  • Trained and practiced at an established Litigation and Arbitration practice
  • Able to demonstrate a pro-active approach to business development
