The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a client-focused and committed Senior Private Client Solicitor to join our clients’ highly regarded department in the Bromley area. Becoming part of a growing team of specialist lawyers, the successful Solicitor will be acting for a range of clients including HNW, managing a caseload incorporating: complex wills and probate matters; powers of attorney; trust creation and administration; Court of Protection applications and; succession planning. The ideal Solicitor will be a member of STEP and have a track record of successful involvement in business development.

The Candidate
You must be a Solicitor with 10 years’ plus PQE gained in a well-regarded Private Client department.
You must have excellent technical skills, encompassing all aspects of Wills and Probate.
Membership of STEP would be highly advantageous.
You will have experience of dealing with complex, high value matters.
Prior experience supervising junior fee earners and participating in business development activities is desirable.
