TMT Lawyer (Associate)

Our TMT lawyers have been involved in the sector for over 20 years, acting for dotcoms, corporates, financial institutions, private equity groups, governmental bodies, start-ups, developers, vendors, bio technology and life sciences organisations, greenhouse funds, interest groups and individuals.
We advise on all aspects of technology, media and communications law including cloud hosting, so called 'big data' plays (including data storage and security), content provision, convergence and digitisation projects, open source content management systems, e-commerce regulation and the provision of internet services, strategies and website terms and contracts, social media platforms and cyber and IT security arrangements.
Our work includes outsourcings, joint ventures, re-engineering and transformational projects, procurements, hosting arrangements, systems integrations and the regimes applicable to technology and data export. We act for both users and providers of technologies, content, communications, processes, procedures and functional operations, utilising our industry knowledge of technical and business issues to add value and deliver "win-win" solutions.
Our TMT sector clients include one of the largest international payments processors, one of the largest social media organisations and one of the global leaders in data warehousing & big data analytics, as well as corporates, financial institutions & life assurance companies, Coca-Cola HBC, Thomson Reuters, Viasat Broadcasting, Virgin, and Royal London.
We also advised The Competition Commission on the technology outsourcing issues associated with the enforced 3.8bn sales of Gatwick, Edinburgh and Stansted Airports.
