JOB TITLE: In-house Contracts Analyst

LOCATION: Cambridgeshire

SALARY: £- on application

THE ROLE: With revenue that grew from $10 million in 2002 to approximately $2.2 billion in 2015 our well established client are a major player in their market. To help continue this growth they are now looking to recruit a Contracts Analyst who will support the Senior Lawyer with all legal matters. This will include; drafting, advising on and negotiating framework contracts with key customers; working closely with other departments to help address identified issues and concerns and draft advise and negotiate a range of agreement e.g. sponsorship agreements, technology transfer agreements etc.

CANDIDATE: Ideal Contracts Analysts will be fluent in German or French. Have knowledge of French and/or German contract law. Be experienced in reviewing and drafting commercial contracts and have a Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, English or related fields.
