Our client is one of the market leaders in providing support and services for adults with diverse and complex needs.

We are looking for a contract manager to work alongside and report to a finance integration Manager as well as working closely with the operational team to gather the required information.

Candidates will need to be a UK Qualified lawyer with relevant post qualification experience.

The Main Responsibilities of the role include:
*Implementing a system to identify potential risk and loopholes with existing contracts
*Creating and developing a system to deal with potential violations of policy
*Evaluating current contract documentation by fund source, service user and location.
*Creating policy and procedure detailing how contracts should be managed
*Creating a systematic approach for the storage of documents.
*Create policy and procedure on detailing how contracts should be progressed.

A successful candidate will demonstrate or have experience in the following:
*Previous exposure to an accounting environment
*Strong administrative and change management skills
*Team player
*Methodical and have a systematic approach to work
*Advanced IT and MS office skills.
