Following requirement:
For immediate partner promotion there would be strong interest in senior associates of 7 plus pqe from a well-regarded commercial law firms who are hungry to progress and build a practice. The following is modest but the firm would look for complementary clients which given a different platform and support have real potential.

The firm is also interested in recruiting established corporate partners and will offer increased compensation

The firm is very collegiate and the partners genuinely look to help each other elevate their own practices. There are two-tiers of partnership remuneration structure; fixed share partners with a transparent bonus and a small number of points and then full point equity.
