The Role
Our client is now seeking accredited Criminal Duty Solicitor to join our client’s leading team in South West London. The successful Criminal Solicitor will provide advice to clients detained in the police station and at Magistrates courts throughout the area, to include out of hours work as necessary. Additionally managing a full and varied caseload from instruction to trial and include advocacy where appropriate. The ideal Criminal Solicitor will gain exposure to all aspects of criminal law from assault to serious fraud. Experience and preparation of a variety of cases for trial and advocacy is essential for this role. Please quote reference RC23796 when applying for this vacancy.

Be a Criminal Solicitor of 1 – 3 years PQE with successful completion of all required elements of the CLAS accreditation,
Have the ability to communicate effectively with both clients and staff at all levels,
Possess excellent written communication skills,
Have the ability to prioritise and work efficiently under pressure,
Possess problem solving ability and ability to achieve results for clients.
