Our client is a leading private client firm with high rankings in most of the main directories. The firm is relatively full service with practice areas to include corporate/commercial, dispute resolution, commercial property and private client. Historically the firm has built up a rated private client practice acting on behalf of landed estates, agricultural landowners and high net worth individuals with business and property interests. The firm’s family law group is highly regarded and handles a full range of family law matters including divorce and related financial claims, disputes relating to children, pre-nuptial agreements and parenting law which is an burgeoning area within the practice.  The senior management of the firm has taken the decision to appoint a partner into their London office as head of family law. Candidates likely to be with a leading private client firm in London and possibly head of department or close to it. Immediate equity is possible and this is a great opportunity to build a department in London whilst working closely with the firms regional head office and benefitting from referrals from their institutional client base as well as taking advantage of the huge opportunities that exist within their London network.  This is an outstanding opportunity to join a rated firm at a level where you will have significant input as a senior member of the management team. There is potential for the right candidate to ultimately assume the title of Head of Private Client which encompasses family law.
