One of the leading law firms in Leeds, is offering an excellent opportunity to for a recently qualified Solicitor to develop their career as a Property Litigation Solicitor.

A recently qualified Property Litigation Solicitor is sought to join this leading property disputes team. The successful Property Litigation Solicitor, while working under the supervision of a Property Litigation Partner, can expect to work with a number of partners within the team as well as running cases with minimal supervision. The team handles a broad range of property litigation work including landlord and tenant disputes, easements, covenants and boundary disputes (commercial and residential), development disputes and other contractual disputes relating to commercial and residential property.

The successful Property Litigation Solicitor will be a 2016 qualifier and should have good inter-personal skills, strong academics and high quality experience - typically with a major City or leading national/regional practice. A strong background in landlord and tenant work is required. Team playing skills are important as well as demonstrating self-motivation. The newly appointed Property Litigation Solicitor will join a supportive and friendly organisation where you can be assured of ongoing development of your personal and professional skills.
