About the firm

Leading New York law firm with an established and prominent London office is looking to recruit an exceptional March 2017 Finance NQ.

The Finance practice is considered to be one of the leading teams of its kind, working on complex and market-leading cross-border finance matters in the US, UK, Europe, Middle East and Asia.

As a junior lawyer in the team you will be exposed to a range of areas of Finance, namely:

  • Leveraged finance;
  • Acquisition finance, including bridge financing;
  • Investment grade finance; and
  • Project and energy finance.

The ideal candidate

  • March 2017 qualifier;
  • Trained at a US, Magic Circle or Silver Circle firm; and
  • Impeccable academics from a Russell Group university.
