Insolvency Partner, East Midlands - Leading law firm in the East Midlands is looking for an experienced Partner level Insolvency Solicitor to play an instrumental role in the development of the firm.

JOB TITLE: Insolvency Partner


LOCATION: East Midlands (Commutable from: Nottingham, Leicester, Northampton, Derbyshire)

SALARY: £70,000 - £160,000


An Insolvency Partner with a substantial following in insolvency is required to join this leading East Midlands practice. As well as contributing to the business financially, your astute marketing initiative will be instrumental in the development of the firm. This role would suit an accomplished business developer with an established portfolio of contacts. The highly rated insolvency team provides advice on a range of issues which arise when insolvency occurs. The role will involve advising individuals, companies and also insolvency practitioners on all aspects of insolvency-related matters as well as implementing a strong business proposal to enhance the insolvency offerings within the East Midlands market.


You must have a minimum of 8 years experience and be a well known figure in the East Midlands market. Applications are sought from those who have a proven track record of advising on all aspects of insolvency related matters and a proven network of contacts that will continue to instruct you on future matters. This position would suit those who feel that their opportunities for career progression are been thwarted by their current practice. You must have a demonstrable background in this area of law and possess the capability to go out and win new work through business development and networking. A client following is essential for this role. Ideal position for frustrated Insolvency Solicitors who are looking for the next step on the career ladder. You will ideally already be at partner level or a senior associate with limited career progression available.
