Team Leader Solicitor- Private Client

Position: Team Leader Solicitor
Area of Law: Private Client
PQE: 3+ years
Salary: £45,000 to £55,000 p.a.
Benefits: Competitive

Our client is a well-respected law firm in the East Midlands who are seeking a Team Leader Solicitor, reporting to the Lead Partner, to deliver Private Client Services in agreed legal topics and sectors to current and new clients, maintain their own client lists and to deliver exceptional personal financial performance. They will be required to:

·Ensure the effective day-to-day direct management of the fee earning and support sub-team;
·Ensure excellence in client service;
·Grow the business in line with agreed objectives and targets;
·Generate sustainable growth in profit by maximising fee-earning capacity of sub-team;
·Ensure work complies with obligations in relation to both regulation and governance as well as any professional accreditations;
·Create an environment in which people are valued, given opportunities to develop and can carry out their best work on a daily basis;
·Support and contribute to the firm's Vision and Mission.
