Contract Type
Full time, Permanent

This is a global firm which has been going from strength to strength.  Even post-referendum there has been a lot of recruitment activity in London.  The firm is firmly committed to growth and sees the current market as a ‘buying opportunity’. The litigation practice is well established with over 20 litigation partners in London covering a number of practice areas.  Some partners do cover regulatory litigation and there is an overlap with some other areas like fraud but there is a clear opportunity for a specialist lawyer to join the group.  In terms of current work, the firm is on a number of retail and investment bank panels and there will be a number of opportunities generated from internal corporate clients.  The firm also has a very favourable internal referral system.  Financially the firm is performing well and will offer a very attractive level of remuneration.  Also, due to the number of hires the firm has made the lateral hire process is very well managed.

The firm is looking to recruit a partner and will consider either a partner with a few years of partnership experience or an immediate partnership role will be offered to a senior associate.

Following; the firm recognises this is a difficult area in which to have following, so the partner will be interested in the quality of work and the consistency of instruction.  The firm has a very good track record for supporting and integrating new partners, the firm provides support and understands litigation based practices.
